What makes a good title sequence according to Kyle Cooper?
Kyle Cooper was accredited as the man who single handedly revitalised the main title sequence as an art form.
He believes that a great title sequence sets an expectation. Things such as the music and images set a tone and give you a hint of what the genre. This leads to the audience deciding if they want to watch it or not.
His title sequence for Seven was a big hit. He used a similar font for the title credits and the handwriting of the serial killer. In a way this makes the audience see things from the serial killer's perspective.
