A bedroom - this will be the bedroom of the serial killer. The walls of it are covered in images of his victims. It's seen at the start of the title sequence. It helps to create an eerie mood and establishes the genre as thriller so the audience are clear of it. There would be close ups of the images on the walls and the computer screen when he stalks his current victim's facebook.
The Outside of a House - this is where the victim is seen coming out of. The inside isn't shown, just the outside but we can hear the music coming from inside. It'll come after the first few shots of the serial killer and his bedroom. It helps us to know the character a little, it tells us she likes going to parties. For this, we might use long shots and wide shots to show her surroundings clearly.
Street/alleyway - this is the place that the victim walks along with her drunk friend. It's also where the victim is taken. Long shots will be used to show the street and a close up will be used to show the abandoned scarf of the victim on the floor.

- the scarf laying on the floor alone shows that the victim has been taken

- it belongs to the friend to show she's been drinking so she's drunk
A weapon (most likely a knife)

- it will be show with the serial killer

Part 4 - Bringing it all together
Film Idea
A girl goes to a party with her friend. She doesn't drink anything whereas her friend gets herself drunk. They both leave to go home but the friend is too drunk to walk. So the main character stops to call a taxi but when she looks back her friend is gone. She searches the empty streets for her friend but can't find her. The serial killer gets her and all that's left is her scarf that is laying on the floor, abandoned.
Key props
The images of the victims that are on the serial killers walls. The empty bottle that the friend has which shows she's been drinking and is drunk. The scarf that is shown at the end as it is the only thing left of the main character.
Locations
It will start off in the serial killer's bedroom. Then it'll cut over to the outside of the house that the party is being held at. The last location is of the empty streets where the girls are walking on and where the main character is taken by the serial killer.
Setting
Eerie bedroom, the empty streets and the inside of a car .
Costume
Main character will be wearing clothes that aren't too flashy but just about right for a party. The friend will be wearing clothes that are bold and show she's outgoing, something is perfect for a party. The serial killer will be wearing dark colours so that he isn't paid much attention to.
Lighting
The inside of the serial killer's room will be quite dim to create an eerie atmosphere. The streets will be lit up with street lamps so that it's a little dark but not too dark.
